Summary:
The candidate is responsible for providing technical support and deployment services for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications. This includes providing training and support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing the deployment and migration of Google Workspace applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on all aspects of Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Google Workspace applications and resolve them in a timely manner
- Manage the deployment and migration of Google Workspace applications, including planning, testing, and implementation
- Provide training to end-users on how to use Google Workspace applications effectively
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features and functionality
- Work with other IT staff to ensure that Google Workspace applications are integrated with other enterprise systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in migrating and deploying enterprise applications, customer-facing technical support
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Total 4 to 6 years of experience as GWS deployment specialist role
